A Year to clear what is holding you back by Stephanie Bennett Vogt
It is all about slowing down, taking time for yourself and establishing new habits that will last a lifetime.

Do you notice a difference when you let go of attachment?
One thing I am noticing more and more is that the less I do the less I want to do.
As I get older unlimited energy seems to be getting less and less with the years. However, that could also be because I am now less active and that my weight has increased. My life now revolves around sitting at a desk with a laptop at home rather than having to physically commute to work and then be on my feet most of the day.
The drip-feed to clearing though is paying off, as my striving against procrastination. Now if I notice little things that needs doing, especially around the house I am more likely to just do it rather than consign it to a job for the future. As a result, things do actually get done, almost without me being conscious of doing them. Whilst waiting for the kettle to boil every morning I now tidy the kitchen, or clean a window, or sort out the bird table etc. Just one little chore is then eradicated whilst before I would just stand and wait for the kettle to boil … and I do this every morning without fail.
There are still somethings that just go on the To Do list but they are the larger stuff that needs time and concentration … (quote) Don’t sweat the small stuff … nope I just do it and get it out of the way.
