Phobia: Research some common phobias, write about over coming it.
1 – It’s not real (Remember you are safe)
2 – Anxiety hierarchy: Close your eyes see a moth fluttering outside a window.
3 – Worst fear: the moth finds its way in
Repeat steps one and two until comfortable with the situation
4 – Taking it further: Imagine the moth coming closer
Breathe deep … keep calm, if it gets too much – stop (try again later)
5 – Journey up the ladder: Do steps one to three over and over again until the moth is very near and you can remain calm
6 – Face the fear: The ultimate test – walking through a butterfly house.
