Write about being stranded on an island.
An idyllic location, expanses of white beaches surrounded by lush greenery … the quintessential paradise island covetted by those that dream of the perfect get-away. All that was missing were thatched umbrellas, a suave waiter and an endless supply of cocktails, in a swanky hotel with five-star service with a private helicopter. Instead there were endless flying insects, feeding off the exhausted survivors laid washed-up at various locations along the shore, the sea gently lapping around their feet. It was not known if any were alive. The natives retreated back into the forest, unwilling to find out. People scared them.
